Well, for those of you who occasionally check out this blog, don't miss me too much...I am going on a little vacation to Arizona. To the heat, to see my college roommate, to the pool....yes a break is just what I need.

- I am living life one day at a time. After college, I was an elementary teacher for a few years. Took a break and went to culinary school and worked in the restaurant biz. I went back to college to get my state certification for elementary education and now I'm currently back teaching!
